New Name and ETSY Shop

Did you happen to notice that the title of my name changed again?  The Tag Lady was already taken by someone on the ETSY site, so I had to change it and make a new Logo.  My ETSY shop is finally open along with my Facebook page for the shop.  Yay! I'm so excited!  Took some time, but I am finally there!  Below are a few of the items that I am selling!

Apple Thank You

Good Friday morning to you all!  I just came back from a wonderful week spent with family.  It gets hard living so far away.  I am posting a quick one for you this morning since I have so much laundry to catch up on from our trip.

This little tag is sweet and simple.  I used the Cricut to make some 1 inch apples and then layered them a couple of times with pop dots in between.  So simple, so cute! Have a great day!

Teachers are special...

Teacher Gift Tags
Teachers are so special.  Maybe because I used to be an elementary teacher, I understand how much work they put into every day.  I made and sold these teacher gifts before I left Georgia.  I love how they turned out.  I can't wait to start a new group of teacher gifts soon.

Happy Birthday, I'm back!

It's been 2 years! So much has happened, including a BIG move to Florida.  The blog name has changed and my focus is tags! I don't know where or why I got this obsession to make tags for all sorts of stuff, but I like it!  Especially since I like making things in multiples.  I will be selling my things at craft fairs and am thinking of  starting and ETSY site, but first things first! My blog! I have so many cards, notebooks and tags to show you, but like in scrap booking, I need to start in the present and move back when I can.  I think a present and past project each post might catch me up. My theme today is Birthday! Getting back into the scene feels like a birthday gift to myself!

Please note:  Because some of these were made months ago, I am not going to list every stamp set used.  I will just say that they are either from Stampin' Up!, Papertrey Ink, Just Rite Stamps and at least one random set I bought from Michaels.  All cardstock and ribbon is from Stampin' Up! I will list products used on all current paper crafts.  Enjoy!

Summer Flowers

I love paper with flowers! Especially when they are as bright and vivid as the paper I used on these two cards. The first card is made with paper from the new DS paper, Island Oasis. The second card and notebook were made with DS paper from the Pink Flamingo pack. I am a paper freak. I love paper! Seeing nice stacks of colored paper makes me happy! Some people buy shoes, I buy paper. I think most of the stampers and scrappers out there understand my obsession.
I should have taken the card out of the sleeve I put it in. I put cards in cellophane bags so they stay unharmed until I go to use it. More to come! Have a good night!

Great Graduation Time!

Wow! How long has it been? I never expected to be this busy this year. I stopped my stamp camps, just so I could keep up with all the stuff that it takes to raise a teen and be team mom for two teams. Whew! These cards were made for all the wonderful kids back in Colorado that were our neighbors at some point in our lives. I just wanted to cry seeing what beautiful and handsome kids they have grown up to be. I made the cards to match their school colors. More cards to come later in the week. Wow! I am blogging again!

Congratulations to all the grads out there!

Birthday Card

I have a nephew with a birthday coming up. He is getting older so his card has to be a little more masculine. The stamp sets I used are: Just Football and Starring You. I used Chocolate Chip, Always Artichoke, and Whisper White card stock. The striped paper is from the paper stack, Sweet Pea that is featured in the mini catalog on page 33. Hope he likes his card!
